a 501(c)(3) committed to fostering the professional development
of the Latino youth of Texas and educating the state's Hispanic
community about government and civic participation.
MORENO/RANGEL LEGISLATIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Foundation's Moreno/Rangel Legislative Leadership Program
is an experiential learning program that prepares college and
graduate-level students to be the next generation of community

Univision partnered with the Foundation to initiate Es Tu
Capitolio, a public policy program seen in Univision markets
